Simple analog kitchen oven and hob

Does anyone know a brand that does non-digital, simple appliances (oven, hob, washing machine) please?
I’ve got a Neff oven, combi and hob; all digital, bleep a lot, takes ages just to turn the oven on, more settings than I’d ever use. . .
i just want on / off and temperature control with analog / mechanical controls.

Indesit do an oven, hob and washing machine (all manual control) but not aware of any non digital combi.

You didn't specify kg or spin speed etc but this one has three dials to give you greater control, programme, temperature and spin speed. Is that the kind of thing you meant?

Edit - can't help you with oven as I'm still using my original gas cooker which is very easy to use, sorry
