Ive found a property mine under offer . Im looking at newbuild never bought one before its a small development. The developer like a lot of them basically tiles kitchen and bathroom and no more floor coverings. The same goes for rear garden only top soiled. I have a dog so need it turfed. Obviously this means me paying before I move in. I cant move on bare floor and topsoil. Ive bought property before but not new. What happens if I lay out for full house carpeted and garden turfed and sale doesnt go through. Any advice please.

You do the turf after you move in. It’s best done on after or during rainy weather so it’s prob best not to do it now anyway. It can be quick so pls don’t let this put you off a good property.
