The drainage survey has come back (for a house I’m purchasing) advising main drain is shared and responsibility of Trent Water and they will need to unblock the pipe as it’s holding about 50% water and needs unblocking
do I wait until I’ve completed and moved in the house to get that sorted or can I ask Vendor to get on to it prior to exchange ?
ftb so have no idea of best way to prcoeed …
