Can you hear it? Annoying neighbour

If you live in a detached property and you shut all your windows and doors, can you hear your neighbors?

I have a neighbour next to me who has an annoyingly loud modified car and doesnt care about the noise it makes. I hope it breaks down.

No, I can't hear the neighbours, but if someone goes by on a loud motorbike I can hear that.

My neighbour has a motorbike and I can absolutely hear that when he leaves for work at 5am, but I think he's pretty considerate - the moment he switches it on he's moving and has left.

Nope! Occasionally we hear the people across the street...but they do drive a tractor, so...
