Furniture auctions / house clearance

I need to clear furniture from a house that is full of quite new (i.e. 10 years old) high quality stuff - all in excellent condition. Ideally, I would sell them if I can. Think large sofas, large dining table + 12 chairs, console tables etc There are a lot of things that were bought in places like the Sofa & Chair Company, pieces from the Chelsea Design Centre, Porta Romana lights etc.

I've looked at auction houses near me (South East) and they all seem to be selling either antiques or normal furniture that is from the 80s or 90s.

Are there any auction houses that sell these types of items in the South East?

That doesn't mean they won't sell newer stuff though - I'd give them a ring and ask. Second-hand furniture doesn't fetch much these days though unless it's absolutely top end, so be aware that you might not get as much as you hope.
