FENSA Certificate but crappy installation

Hi all just looking for help with our new (replacement) sash window installation … certified by FENSA approved installer we used … the installer didn’t finish the installation as they didn’t render it in… now I’m wondering if that should be part of a FENSA certificate or if that doesn’t matter? Could I complain?

You are only supposed to get the fensa certificate once the installation is fully complete. Why wasn’t the rendering completed?

They left it like this… they said it’s complete … 😳

Have you paid them the full amount? If so why? If not tell them you won't pay in full until completion of the job.
