Has anyone been able to successfully do it?

Looking at soundproofing. I get you cant block 100% but has anyone been able to do it where the majority of noise including impact noise is blocked? Anyone reccomend anything? I have ££ so was looking at places like quietco

Is this neighbours who are loud? We have one who bounces a ball on his adjoining bedroom wall. I'm interested in soundproofing too.

A friend put in soundproofing on the party wall side. It was a massive job, cost £15k, had to do ceilings as well as walls but they said it was worth it.
