Which tradesman to replace a wardrobe bifold door?

I need to replace a sliding wardrobe door, it’s in a rental property and the agents have quoted £1000 to get the job done, which seems excessive. Online suitable doors seem to go for £300, then of course there would be labour, but £700 for labour seems steep. Any suggestions?

I’d say a carpenter.

Did you break the door? If not shouldn’t your landlords be paying?

A sliding door might not be that tricky to replace yourself, if it’s on a track, though you might need someone who can help you lift it onto the thing.

I’m the landlord. The current door works but it is old and the tenant wants it replaced so I’m looking into it. Thanks for suggesting a carpenter, I’ll look into that.
