Looking for an Architect and a builder

I am looking for an architect to draw plans to remodel our downstairs as it's oddly laid out and to draw plans for a loft extension. Can anyone recommend an architect and a builder? We're in N/NW London

We've just been passed details of someone in the Queen's Park area - not much good for us as we're in SE1 and nobody really wants to travel any distance these days. I can't find the card but will try and dig it out later and give you the details - suspect dh has it in his wallet so it might be a lot later today.

Thanks, I'd appreciate that. Does he come with a recommendation?

He's been recommended by another architect/builder who's too busy to do our project so I don't have personal experience.

Hi my DH does this as a sideline for friends and friends of friends. He's an architect by day too, but does smaller jobs like this privately. And my best mate's husband is a joiner/builder and they often work together. Just did similar ground floor redesign for some friends in Muswell Hill. anyway - if you're interested, he's [email protected].
