Letting agents and repairs - strongly worded email needed

Very long story short, repairs notef/photographed during inspection in November. Nothing. Chased in MArch. Nothing. Inspection in may, LA said property Management understaffed. LA did say one of my required repairs was dangerous.

This has allegedly now been passed to my landlord who is allegedly meeting with contractors this week.

I can't imagine I will hear anything this week. I need some help in writing a very strong email expressing my dismay at their lack of communication, lack of willingness to resolve the problem and them generally being crap. Moving at this stage is not sn option.

Just write a rough draft email in word document with want you want to say then copy and paste into AI assistant (I use Gemini) with the wording ‘rephrase using strong language before your email, it will give you an alternative draft, you can then ask it to do this again and again it will come up with new variants tell it what you like about the wording and what you want to change, it is absolutely amazing for this kind of thing I use it all the time.
