We are moving house and the house we are moving too has a summerhouse in the garden. It’s fully insulated boarded and has electrics but has an internal wall. So two rooms essentially. They both have an external door access. The surveyor said it was unlikely the wall is load bearing and I wish to take it down to create one big space for my teens to hang out in with a pool table and a soft drinks bar. Etc…
I do not know where to start with this… do. I need a summerhouse company or a builder? It will need a replaster or wall repair and new flooring and fresh paint once wall is removed. I feel if I ask a company (I do not know whom originally supplied and installed the summer house) they won’t touch it or say we would have to rip it out and start again.
I feel the wall removal would be minimal. But no idea whom would I source to help.
any ideas please?
