Next door neighbour's gutters

The house attached to mine is a rental, and I posted a letter through their letterbox last summer asking the landlord/letting agent to consider having the gutters cleaned as I was noticing debris collecting in my downpipe drains - the one at the front and the one at the back - and it appears that their gutters had not been cleaned in years.

Nothing has been done, and on inspecting my drains, they are full of debris.
I had my gutters cleaned early last summer, so the debris can't be coming from my gutters.

I don't have the deeds to my property but there must be an easement in place which allows the rainwater from next door to discharge down the drainpipe on my property (their house doesn't have one).

I read on one website: If a neighbour has neglected their gutter maintenance, leading to damage on your property, they could be found negligent.

Any thoughts on this issue? Thanks for reading.

I doubt that the tenants passed the letter to the landlord. If you know the letting agent you need to contact them using their business address.

How can I find out who the letting agent is for the house attached next door to mine?

Are the tenants obligated to give me the information?

Sometimes googling the address will bring up the initial rental advert.
