Apologies to all I am very distressed, more so today. I have asked ADMIN to remove my Thread. i thank you ALL for your posts, advice, ideas etc., YES we have a RiCs London Professional "LAND" Surveyor on the case. It is costing us over £20,000 unless Legal Insurance do ? what it says in the policy.

I shall update when the Legal case is done - so others learn not to get so hurt as us ..

Hello Mouse, I don't think you need to apologise. My sense of the thread was that everyone was trying to help, but that it was hard for you to get calm enough to explain what was happening.
I do hope you get it sorted out and if and when you feel better able to explain it I hope you feel OK to post again.
