I am on council housing list and there is a house listed in Harvey Gardens Loughton. I am wondering if anyone knows the area. How safe is it? I went to visit Harvey Gardens and it looked a bit rough, houses are in really poor condition there, although the neighbouring area didn't look that bad. I have second thoughts now about moving to Loughton or that particular area. I would be moving with two teenage children. How safe it is?
