Hello, our offer for a house in a village close to Hexham was accepted last week and we’ve started the Conveyancing process. We are cash buyers and the sellers say they will move into a caravan to help. So just the two of us. However, when we were shown round the house by the EA he said conveyancing was taking several months in the Hexham area.
Is there anyone who is currently going through the process please? Are you finding the conveyancing taking this length of time? I do hope the EA is wrong about the timescale, especially as it’s just the two of us. Is there anything we can do to hurry this along?
