same one, we lived nearer to YArm, but across the other side you would get much bigger for that money, prob 4 bed detatched..dont know why you just DO gets lots for about that price there..we couldnt go that high so ours was smaller although still a 'big' house..its big enough to be its own town but is still classed as stockton on tees..hang on ill find you some websites........
