Hi all,
We have sold quickly and I wonder what happens now?
Any top tips to get sale through asap? It's only us and our buyer and their buyer, so in theory should move quickly.
We have memorandum of sale already, both parties appointed solicitors, have done ID check.
When does survey come into the play? Is it my solicitors sending contract out first?
I'm planning to put a little document together with timeline/planning permission numbers and relevant documents together.
Have booked boiler check.
Do I chase my solicitor or wait for them to contact me?
Help!

Start getting your paperwork in order; Fensa Certificates, Gas Safe Compliance Certificate, Hetas Certificate, Napit Certificate & any Guarantees. Any planning permissions or building regulations plus a completion certificate to confirm any works have been signed off properly. Your solicitor should be in touch shortly with forms to complete Property Info Form & Fittings & Contents Form.

You need to be mindful that you are under offer. You have not sold. That happens on the day you complete the sale.
