I'm a residential property solicitor. Recent training I’ve had on the BSA said that the RICS is advising its members to not state the height of a block of flats in a survey for someone buying a flat.
Can any surveyors on here tell me whether or not that is correct please? I’m simply asking from professional curiosity.
