I'm trying to find out how to pair my iphone Smart Tag to my Yale door lock. I have tried as per the Yale Home App with no joy. It allows me to work through the setup showing the purple light and making the beeping noise and then says that it's unable to register. Why. Dose anyone have an idea that could assist.
