I am hoping to get some help please... Have you ever part-exchanged a flat for a new build? I've seen many cases with part-exchanging house but not much flats...
We have a 2-bed flat with long lease and average service charge but a few sales offers fell through and now we are considering part-exchange. With our new budget, our current flat will be less than 70% of the new build we are considering to purchase. Anyone can share their experience please?
