Bespoke House Indemnity Insurance help

Ok, so I'm in the process of buying a house, we're almost at the end and this old conveyance pops up, with a clause within it, that says the original trustees for 21 years can sell, lease, mortgage etc the land/property.

So its unlikely to be claimed on, but my estate agent has suggested indemnity insurance, anyone got any suggestions on bespoke providers that can solve my worrying issue please

Ask your conveyancing solicitor? I'm not sure why this is a bespoke issue, indemnity insurance is taken out to cover all sorts of unusual clauses and conditions.

Your solicitor could arrange this for you for under £200
