My OH has recently let his flat out. It has a Virgin Connection for phone and TV which needs to be re-activated. However the tenant has called today asking my OH to pay £125 to get a BT line put in.
Surely this is the responsibility of the tenany? If he wants BT in a flat which was rented with Virgin then he should pay?
