We have had a window replaced and I just cannot believe this has happened - I am PMSL & had to share it.
A man came to take the measurements, then they made the window in their factory. Then they came to fit it and discovered that they had got the measurements the wrong way round.
They only noticed once they had knocked the old one out, so they have put the new one in for now and they're making us a new one. This means that for now dd has a bedroom window with the windowsill at the side.
