If you had an opportunity to join a group of DIY beginners for women over 4 weeks. Learning all the basics through a pre-recorded video, live Q and A during the video and ongoing guidance during the program and e part of a community of like minded women. Would you join and How much would you be willing to pay, considering how much you would save in the long run if you could learn to do it yourself. Program would be taught by a woman with 40yrs experience in all areas of the Construction Industry

No. For practical things like this i would prefer to be in the same room and where the expert could watch my technique. If I wanted video then YouTube has most things covered. Sorry.

Could you do a small, community room type thing as well to cover both types of people?

I just Google/YouTube how to do specific things as I want to do them... Eg. How to replace skirting, how to change a lock, how to caulk etc. there are already hundreds of videos about loads of specific things for free.

I'd pay nothing. Rather like what you're paying for this business research.

I too go to youtube/google. I'm not sure I'd pay for the advice I could get for free elsewhere? What type of DIY info/training would you be providing OP? My mum in her 70's, doesn't use youtube, so might use it, but she would be far more likely to pay a handyman/person.

If its something like rewiring the whole house/laying new gas pipes- then I'd get a specialist in that field with the correct qualifications.
