We are looking for a house to rent within 20 minutes drive of Newquay / Perranporth / Rejerrah.
We need three bedrooms and a garden (hopefully some parking space or garage). We have a dog, cat and a rabbit - the pets are quite old and are very well housetrained (the dog is only allowed in the kitchen). If potential landlords are concerned about the animals, they are welcome to come and see where we are at the moment). My husband works full time and we want to be closer to his place of work - but we are subsidised with Housing benefit (we now only get just under £30 a month towards our rent - we pay the remaining £600). Our oldest is 18 and currently working full time (but returning to college and part time work in Sept). We also have a 5 year old. We can't seem to find anyone who accepts HB or pets. Can anyone help?
