Moving to Morden any advice ..

I'm planning to moving to live in Morden also I want open a hair salon on London road, Morden. I just want to get a advice about this area, is Morden good area to live and open a shop? Thank you very much ! 🙏

hi, I know the area kind of well - my friend lives there and I visit pretty often. It's a decent area, but like most places, there are some not so good areas. I think living further away from the station would be better, but if you need to commute, maybe 10-15 mins walk is doable. I would personally not be keen on the mitcham borders, and would prefer to seek a home near the Cheam and Raynes Park side instead. I think Lower Morden is more desirable.

It all depends on your budget really.

Thank you for your advice, can I ask you one more thing . Is London road near Morden station good for open a shop like hair & nails salon ? Because I found a place for rent on Morden station road but I so confused should I open a shop or not because I don't know people in this area. Can you give me an advice thank you so much 🙏
