Selling house - overly stressed

Anyone else feeling overly stressed about selling their house? It's only been on a week and I already feeling really overwhelmed by the whole thing. Keeping the house spotless with kids isnt easy and we have had 8 viewers and not a peep of an offer or extra viewing. Please tell me I'm not the only one to feel like this. I thought it would be slightly more fun (how foolish).

Am massively overthinking the viewings form the weekend. 2 of the viewings lingered for a long time in the garden - probably our main selling point as it's unusually large for London - and one couple were recording their viewing. One was also taking pictures of bits I know need fixing on our balcony steps.

Are we going to get offers? So far our agent has never given us feedback - we've had two low offers (I think FTB are basically going for the 10% off method). We are getting bored of the viewings and the effort that goes into them particularly where we get zero feedback.

It’s a good sign if people linger @kirinm so I hope you get an offer from the viewings. No guarantees of course.

EA just called and one of the viewers has asked for a second viewing tonight. He said he is expecting her to make an offer - as she knows we've already had an offer.

Ooh that’s good, she knows she has to move fast if she wants to secure it.
