Just that! Been ready to exchange on my purchase for 2 weeks now, yet my buyers solicitors haven't even sent them the title report yet after saying 2 weeks ago they were doing it 😡. The whole process is so draining, 4.5 months in so far in a straightforward sale, searches back in June for them and 3 months after that still no end in sight!
And to top it off I've been given an exchange deadline date of next Tuesday else the vendor is pulling out 😳
Why on earth can't England be like other countries and it take a couple of weeks 😩
