Other than champagne, what would you give someone as a "good luck in your new house" present?

Our vendors at our new house have been so helpful throughout the move so I wanted to get them something to say good luck in your new (rented) house.
Champagne is an obvious choice, though they'll have already moved by the time we move in.
Any other ideas, clever MNers?
Thanks in advance

I was just going to start a thread similar to this as my brother has sold his bachelor bad and moving into a new family house with his fiancee and stepson next friday and I was pondering what to get them

I give smoke alarms to friends if they move house...but it's not very glamorous I admit.

A Mexican good luck charm? Some wind chimes to wave the good vibes in? Depends on how much of a hippy you are I guess

A plant or a planted basket would be nice too if the hippy thing makes you vom

Depends on what you want to spend.

Something unusual would be an Aeriel shot of their house.

The usual would be wine,flowers.

I got my best friend a new house number for her new home. I found a company that specialised in them, and she chose the one she wanted. Voila! Job done!

I always give friends a nice loaf of bread (that they will never go hungry), a bottle of wine (that they will never go thirsty) and a box of salt (that life will always have flavour). People always like the sentiment. However, if this is not a close friend then it might not be appropriate. I go with the plant suggestion.
