Hi, I have recently enquired. Was quoted 1.5% of final sale amount, plus £200 for advertising, plus £250 initial setting up fee, plus hip pack which is another £250. Add vat to all these fees too. So if you don't sell you pay all but the 1.5%, although the hip is valid for 6 months. We were also told to expect Approx. 15 - 20% less on the value of the house if sold at auction. Although certain agents may vary.
