I am looking to buy a property in the orpington area - craven road which is close to Chelsfield station (0.9 miles) & Orpington station (1.4 miles) I wanted to know abit more about the area in terms of safety and if you would recommend this area to start a family. I have read online BR6 postcode is good which it does fall under this postcode.
Also wanted to know your opinion on good primary schools in the area as we will be starting a family soon
