Average price of block paved drive

I’m really struggling to get people out to quote for our drive. We already have a dropped kerb, we’re just looking at getting it block paved.
I’ve managed to get two people out to quote - one was quite cheap, and the other was A LOT more (£10.5k).
The drive is about 7x8m and currently tarmac. Is £10.5k about right for this? If so I won’t bother to try and get any more quotes until we’ve saved more 😂.

£10.5k sounds about right.

That's seems very reasonable for 56m square. Particularly as they have tarmac to remove.

Yeah that sounds about right

Thanks everyone! That project can wait for a bit then :)

All me neighbours in recent years have paid £10k-£15k

@ihaventfedthecat thanks, my parents paid £4.5k last year for a similar sized driveway so I was expecting it to be a little cheaper, never mind!
Everything seems to be always a few £1000 more than we were expecting (going off google searches) so it’s all a bit frustrating!
