I’m very interested in this property. I wanted to get people’s thoughts on the location and whether this is a fair price?
It is within budget but I have heard mixed things about South Wimbledon so I want to ensure we’re not overpaying.
I liked this area when we visited - the road was quiet and residential and if you go north and west there are lots of shops and parks. If you go east and south, however, it is grittier, so am a bit worried about safety.
