The best paint to use over rubber flooring

We have rubber flooring in our bathroom. It's old and cracked. We might do a big renovation next year, so in the meanwhile I'd like to paint over it. Is there a paint that is best to use on rubber flooring?

No idea about rubber paint, but could you just put some vinyl/ lino over it as a temporary measure to give it a fresh look? You could get an off cut for about £50.

Agree - sheet vinyl, very easy to install.
