Renovation burnout. Anyone else?

I have just completed the building work on a kitchen extension. I have some bits to fix on the flooring and all the decorating to do. I'll be doing this myself as no funds left to get trade in.

BUT I'm struggling to pick any colours and have little inspiration. I feel totally depleted from the process. I have renovation burnout but still more to do.

Can anyone relate?

Totally.
Sounds like you need a reset. A few days away, walks in a different area, different life/scenery to see, to enable you to clear your head and recharge.
It’s not always easy/seemingly possible to arrange (cost/time/responsibilities.)
However if you have an old friend or outer family to catch up with, now would be the time. The only caveat being, leave your current situation aside, try not to think/talk too much while you are with them.
Good luck!

Can you live with it for a little while? Sometimes a break from endless demands can be enough.

We just painted all the walls white , we can live like that for a while and not rush into any decisions
We're nearly at the end of our renovation ( kitchen , new boiler , radiators , bathroom , windows huge old ugly fireplace taken out and walls reskimmed )

The sitting room has the furniture back in ,but still has a concreter floor ( as we can’t make a decision on the flooring ) and white walls with patches of colour tester paints on the wall

A break from making decisions is sometimes needed

I understand your pain.
I'm watching Renovation Nation on Channel4 and have renovation burnout from just watching the renovations.
I don't know how people do it.
I'm in awe.

I lived for 6 years in a renovation building site my crazy ex created. He bought me out of his creation and it's still like it now apparently.

Just before I left the neighbours told me he is a laughing stock in the road as he told them all it would be the best house in the road.

ABSOLUTELY. FUCKING. DELUDED!

I got to this stage on a self build. Just painted everything white. It actually looked great.
