Sorry if this sounds completely thick, but would love some advice on knowing how much is a reasonable offer. Not a FTB, but have only bought a new build previously.
Viewing a property this week with asking price of 385k, which has been on rightmove since mid March. What might be a sensible offer based on it being advertised for that long? I've previously been looking in a city where things go super quickly at/above asking price, but this is a more rural location where things seem to move slower.
