Heat Pump Hot Water Cylinder?

Is it possible/ financially viable to get a heat pump with a large cylinder (5 bed house, family of 5) for the hot water only? This is if the house isn't suitably insulated or has the correct size pipes for the heating to also be on the heat pump?

We have a gas boiler, vented system in a 1970's extended house for heating and hot water. Our cylinder probably needs changing as full of limescale and too small (110 l ?) as it barely delivers a single shower. We also have solar panels, but they are almost 15 years old, so wouldn't want to rely on them for future needs. Also expecting to move within next 5 years, so want to make functional but keep costs low.

Any advice appreciated, thanks.
