Hi all
We are selling our house and moving temporarily into rented accomodation however there seems to be a little hiccup. The buyer had not been told by the EA that the house is a 999 year lease hold rather than a freehold and therefore he needs to have his mortgage offer amended to reflect this. My question is does anyone know how long this will take? The EA seems to think it is just a matter of days but as we are due to complete on the 11th and we need to book storage I'm unsure whether we should wait until this comes back.
