Any idea how much this would cost?

We've sold our house and have just been to see one which although didn't have the wow factor, the location is excellent but it needs an awful lot of work done to it-every room needs updating.
Anyway,we've decided that all the rooms are liveable except the kitchen would would need replacing asap.
They currently have a downstairs shower room next to the kitchen which if we bought the house,we'd knock down and make it part of the kitchen instead.
So,I'd like to know if anyone please has any idea on how much it would cost to knock down the shower room wall, completely re fit a new kitchen(inc tiling, flooring, appliances etc...)which would be approx 15ft x 9ft and then add a small cloakroom with wc and basin.
We honestly haven't got a clue on cost.
Thanks.

It depends if the wall between the kitchen and shower room is structural, what sort of spec kitchen/tiles/loo/appliances you want to put in, whether any of the services will need moving around, where the property is, how busy local builders are... I think you might be better off getting a builder to come and look at it with you. If you don't know any, some will come for a cash in hand payment and give you a suck it and see idea.
