What to paint the kitchen with these worktops

We have inherited a very grey house. I hate grey. We don’t have the money to redecorate throughout but I need to do the kitchen as the paint used is awful. It just wipes off to reveal the old paint underneath and any sort of food splatter stains.

All I can really do is repaint. I’ve attached examples of floor, cabinets and worktops. Any advice welcome!

@Vettrianofan it’s a sunny room so actually this would work ok. I have small kids so would worry about marks but if it’s decent pain this hopefully would be ok?

Green goes with wood cabinets and grey tiles. It would be like you are bringing the garden indoors. Something like Dulux Kiwi Crush or a shade lighter than that?

I like the dark stuff, so I'd probably go for aubergine.
