Iconic building but can't help but feel it's a bit expensive

It's a good side one bed in central Location!
But seems pricey compared to other flats in similar location. (But I dont know the area !)

Families will prefer two bed. Flat is perfect for couple working in MNC's

I'm sure it has a market, but as the rent is more than twice my monthly income, I will have to pass.

If I had the budget and was of an age to want to live in that location - yes I'd love to. I love it.

Sadly none of these things are true.

But Barbican has always been expensive.

I'd have liked to have the money! My husband and I have never earned that between us!

It's awful. I can't imagine paying so much each month and living in such a depressing little box.

I've love to live in the Barbican (and would if I could afford it) but don't like the layout of this particular flat. The kitchen and bathroom are both horribly harsh as well.

It's overpriced considering no parking or even a bike store. Unless it includes all bills I would give it a miss.
