I think it is a bad time to get a massive mortgage if that's what you are thinking. Or can you buy it cash? Nice house, I like it.

Gorgeous - I am soooooo - in a nice way though. If you can afford it - go for it!!

God we'd have to get a big mortgage...and cut down on things like holidays...hmmm I may just look cheaper!!

one thing i would say is if you buy a big house you need to allocate a fair wedge every year for its upkeep - esp if it is listed or anything. it is lovely though.

Surrey. never been to Bath but the architecture looks v nice - different from round here. I know i sounds silly but I really like light stone houses as opposed to brick.

Ahh! I grew up in Surrey, in Egham.
Doesnt sound silly. Bath is so gorgeous and nice for shopping too.
