Are washing machine Cold water hoses universal?

We are moving out and taking our washing machine ( Samsung 2 years old) but the blue cold water hose is completely stuck under the sink , have removed it washing machine end , if I have to leave it can I just order a new one from Amazon that will fit ?

Yes they are.

And the new owners will probably appreciate it that you didn't just cut one end off and leave them with no way of connecting their machine.

Check the distance you're going to have to run the hoses, though - some kitchens have the machine further than the standard distance away, especially if the previous owner didn't have a dishwasher.
