Mortgage settlement figure confusion

Hello,
I'm not sure if I've worked out my mortgage settlement figure or if im completely wrong here - basically I presumed it was the remaining balance plus the exit fee - so say I owe 100k plus 5k exit fee, does that mean my settlement figure is 105k or is it more complicated than that?

Easiest thing is to ask your mortgage company for a settlement figure.

May differ depending on interest owed, early repayment charge etc

I will do, although the house I was looking at has had an offer accepted today anyway so I'm no longer in a hurry.
The market is strange currently.
