Argh! I’ve had this range installed for both kitchen and utility by an independent, family run installer this year. Not cheap. They noticed an issue with some of my doors in that the vertical solid rail appeared to be coming away from the horizontal one. Not all the drawers/doors are as bad as the picture but many have movement and as a result the front join looks split and not smooth. And the “Birds Eye” view of the join is not in line (like the photo).
The installer has replaced doors and drawers. Some replacements don’t look much better to be honest. They seem at a loss as they insist that “this range is usually such good quality and we’ve never had an issue” - paraphrasing here! This has been ongoing for months and I’ve just seen that a replacement drawer has the same date stamp on it as the initial dodgy batch. I’m at screaming point with this kitchen for many other reasons…
Has anyone else had issues? Or have this range and have good things to say about it? Is there light at the end of the tunnel? My problem doors initially had the date stamp 2122 mainly, although I’m just about to go and check the lot, including the replacements. Kitchen humidity is around 45-50%.
