Can anyone recommend a good company to buy solid wooden flooring? Not engineered, but really on the hunt for solid wooden floors. I was deciding between Luxury flooring and furnishings, and flooring direct, but got cold feet last minute due to the bad reviews! I want to be careful before spending ££££.

I bought some from
https://www.suttontimber.co.uk/

They were excellent, I fitted it myself and it's been problem free for many years. Living room and hall cost £2K (no doubt it's gone up since)

They may be able to recommend a fitter in your area if you're not DIY

Ted Todd does wonderful solid wood flooring but ££££. Will last a lifetime though.

Probably way too late on this one, but we found ours through Coppice & Crown. I've been so happy with their floor and it's the favourite part of my house. Might be worth a look: https://www.coppiceandcrown.co.uk/
