Anyone ever used the firm Kitchen Magic for a kitchen makeover?

If so were you pleased with the results? And was the cost reasonable? I have an appointment with them this week to quote on updating our kitchen and just wanted to get people's opinions. Many thanks.

Don't do it! My elderly neighbour has been completely ripped off and Trading Standards are involved. I looked on TrustPilot and there are so many negative reviews.

However, I think it is a franchise so it may depend who runs the franchise near you. I suggest ask for a written quote and take it from there if you get one. My neighbour has paid thousands and has had no paperwork at all. I looked on the website for their T&Cs and guess what? No T&Cs
