Has anyone got a Duravit Starck 3 wall mounted loo? Would you recommend?

As per the title really. I'm midway through planning a bathroom renovation and going round in circles a bit. Duravit loos are well regarded on Which, and I've seen a few good reviews on here, but the reviews on TrustPilot are shocking. I know people generally only go out of their way to leave a review if they've had a bad experience, but still....
Alternatively if you've fitted a wall mounted loo and are very happy with it could you let me know which one it is? TIA!

Yes - and when I installed a bathroom in my last house I put in a starck 3 as well. The toilet seat (which was old) broke in 2020 when everything was scarce and I called my local plumbers merchant and they had 5 seats in stock and said I could have been months without a working seat if I had any other loo. As toilets go it's good, mine is old and still easy to clean. The quality of the ceramic is excellent and the seats are a doddle to replace they just slot in.

I like the lusso stone wall mounted loos. Decent enough price, look good, and you can get a number of different finishes for the flush plate.

Thank you both so much for taking the time to reply, I really appreciate it! @pashmina696 that's really reassuring to know that you liked them enough to install them twice. That definitely puts my mind at ease! @A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 I hadn't even clocked the lusso stone ones! I've seen good reviews of their basins on MN, so I think their loos would definitely be worth a look. Thank you!

@Setthesky to be fair I love the look of a lot of what they make. My bathroom in my old place was predominately Lusso stone, their vanities are great also. I'm using them again for the three bathrooms we are doing up currently

Sorry to hijack - how have you found the maintenance of Lusso Stone as have been looking at their vanities for my next project!
i am installing more starck 3 anyway just as I know they are a good loo 😂 my en-suite has a terrible one by bathstore currently which doesn't clean properly and the seat is difficult to replace. I am in a very hard water area but for vanities I have heard great things about lusso stone.

@pashmina696 the composite stone ones or the marble ones?

We have had the composite stone ones twice, in hard water. You can use a tiny bit of cif to remove stains and marks etc. I liked them so much I've had two more in my new place.

The marble was trickier (we had marble basins) as there's a limit to what you can use cleaning wise on them. However a bit of ph neutral dish soap kept them pretty clean

Thanks that is helpful - I was considering either or both to be honest but I have marble tiles in a bathroom already and was trying to use things less fragile!

Don’t touch duravit with a barge pole. Look at their trust pilot if you don’t believe me.

there must be a design flaw on the starck toilet seat and the company could care less. Not what should be expected for the price they charge.

@Dank4123 Ive got three Duravit wall mounted loos. Had them for 10 years. All perfect. Excellent bathroom products.
