Hi all,

Just wanted to know how much you spent on labour costs for your new kitchen/bathroom and where you are located.

I want to do a new bathroom and kitchen in the South London and I was quoted £10k for all labour costs for a new kitchen and bathroom. I will pay for all the material, items etc..

That sounds cheap. We paid about £5000 labour for our bathroom earlier in the year and we are in the north.

Does that include any electrics

all the extras to fit our kitchen without the units was £3000 but that was new electrics, plastering (plaster fell down off the walls when cupboards came out,) tiled flooring , a 1940s corner chimney knocking out and replastering and labour costs, the bathroom walls are fully tiled already and we wanted bath out sink moved and tiling filled in and that cost £750 for labour costs , we live in Yorkshire and used local independent fitters plasterers etc
