Only if you are looking to convert bedroom 2 into 2 (only one with windows enabling it) and converting the dining room and garages and study?

From hall into Garage underneath bedroom 2 , small hall with staircase to bedroom 2. Dressing room to bedroom. Garage to bedroom. That’s 7. Hard without knowing exact build of house though plus budget.

Sorry you said en-suites. I guess en-suites to bed 2 and new garage bedroom.

Yup, create a corridor by splitting the dressing room so you have a bedroom there then split bedroom two into two. There'll be 6 bedrooms upstairs then. Then convert a garage into a bedroom and en suite. You can add an en-suite to whichever other rooms are easiest (probably the front of bedroom two as that's near the bathroom).

FallingAutumnLeaf · 16/10/2023 21:30

How big are the rooms?

Corridor through dressingroom to give access to bed2 which has been split into 2.
HOWEVER if bed2 is the width of a garage, this could create 2 very small bedrooms.

How much money is there? Staircase in dressingroom, and loft conversion?

Ensuit le possible in bed 2 - but probably not if it's been split.

3 further ensuites plus 2/3 extra bedrooms without any extra floor space is a big ask.

Well the obvious thing to do would be make each garage into ensuit bedrooms and you already have one downstairs. Then put an en-suite in bedroom 2 adjacent to the family bathroom.
The above is a 7 bedroom house with 4 en-suite. The only way I see of adding another bedroom is putting a staircase up to bedroom 2 and using the dressing room as another bedroom.
How large is your family?

CatherinedeBourgh · 16/10/2023 21:49

Impossible to say without an idea of the sizes of the bedrooms. Unless it's all very large I can't see fitting 3 more ensuites and 3 extra bedrooms in there, sorry.

NomDePrune · 16/10/2023 21:52

Do you mind telling us why? Do you have a large family or would be a for a business?

RagzRebooted · 16/10/2023 23:25

Isn't plumbing a factor for en-suites? Like, you can't just put one anywhere... I don't actually know, I just assumed.
Anyway, like PP said, if you don't need the garages that's two there, but you'd need a hallway adding. Bedroom 2 could be split but putting a doorway in the right place would be tricky.
Is there a loft?
Would all this cost more than buying a bigger house?

Are you trying to create some kind of HMO or just cram as many students as possible into a property?

Mrsgreen100 · 22/01/2024 18:28

Both garages would make a great sitting dining room,
then exsting dinning sitting room would make 2 beds with back to back en-suites
is it for letting! HMO
